Dr Ryan du Sart graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2002. Soon after he began working in South Africa’s major trauma hospital and outreach programs gaining him valuable experience in trauma surgery. 

He moved to Australia in 2007 and began specialising in orthopaedic surgery, completing training in Western Australia and his fellowship in Sydney with Dr John Negrine and Dr David Lunz. 

Dr du Sart is committed to enhancing the quality of life of his patients. He enjoys taking the time to get to know his patients and adopts a patient centred approach to clinical practice. 

Dr du Sart’s aim is to restore quality of life through proven procedures and treatments for a variety of ailments including osteoarthritis, post-traumatic arthritis and acute injury.

He has a special interest in:

In 2017 Dr du Sart first started his private practice in Bunbury. Since then has become one of the leading orthopaedic surgeons in South West WA, and built new specialist consulting rooms at 6 Higgins Street, Bunbury where he sees patients all across the South West.
